WORK THAT HAPPENED

Love Story (2007)
A walking tour, gallery performance and collaboration with a photographer, this piece is about intimacy, voyeurism and isolation. Presented at Austin's Fusebox Festival, Love Story superimposed one city on another. Participants downloaded an .mp3 and a map through downtown Austin; on the recording, the tinny, half-scratched voice of a man described his life alone in New York, the landmarks that accompanied it, and the disappearing city. When they arrived at the gallery, a hip young photographer explained his connection to the man, showed off a series of his photographs of him, and described the harrowing chain of events that brought the two together.
What You've Done (2005)

It was performed in a row house in Houston's Third Ward neighborhood and starred Eleanor Colvin, Autumn Knight, and Troy Shulze.
